Wood Energy Technology Transfer Inc. (WETT Inc.) is a non-profit training and education association managed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by holders of valid WETT certificates. Through its administrative designate, WETT Inc. functions as the national registrar of the WETT program.

Through professional training and public education, WETT Inc. promotes the safe and effective use of wood burning systems in Canada.

HPBAC

Industrial Chimney Company was established in 1991 by a small group of partners with over 75 years combined experience in the chimney industry. • We repair damaged clay tile liners with stainless steel liners. These liners also improve the performance of existing wood-burning appliances, and can be used in a new chimney instead of a clay tile liner. (We use ICC EXCEL Liners exclusively: a little more money, perhaps, but we like its lifetime warranty and its ability to withstand chimney fires.);
• Crown Coat to repair damaged chimney crowns.

WETT Inspections

As Wood Energy Technical Training technicians, we are certified to perform WETT inspections for insurance purposes. Also, new homeowners with an unfamiliar wood-burning appliance would be well advised to request a detailed report for safety’s sake.

Fireplace Service

We tweak, tune, paint, repair and perfect older gas fireplaces. If your fireplace is a few years beyond perfection, we’ll recommend a replacement, and give you cash for your old unit.
